Abby Raper is a performer who grew up in Johnson City, TN. ​From a young age she started participating in her local community theatre where she learned she wanted to grow in her craft. She decided to train with The Broadway Collective founded by Robert Hartwell for 5 years where she learned the importance of hard work and determination. This led her into pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre at Drake University (class of 2027) and a study abroad with FSU Theatre Academy London.

 

During her college experience, so far, she has received opportunities to be in several performances. One of them included Serena in Legally Blonde The Musical where she earned a nomination for the Irene Ryan Scholarship from The American College Theatre Festival. She has also participated in competitions including the National Society of Arts and Letters where she received 2nd place in the Musical Theatre round.

Abby's post graduation plans are to move to NYC  and pursue her dreams!
